AmpulTerms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and [OWNER: legal name of the person or company that operates Ampul] ("Ampul", "we", "us") for using the Ampul app and ampul.app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Ampul.
1. Not medical advice
Ampul is an educational and tracking tool. Peptide pages, research summaries, news, dose calculations, level estimates, reminders and AI answers are general information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nothing in the app creates a doctor–patient relationship. Always talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping or changing any substance or dose. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
2. Research peptides
Many peptides covered in Ampul are sold as "research chemicals" and are not approved by the FDA or other regulators for human use. Their purity, dosing and safety may be unknown. Information in Ampul is not an endorsement or recommendation to use any substance, and it's your responsibility to know and follow the laws where you live.
3. You're responsible for your decisions
You decide what you take, how much, and from whom. Check every number yourself, including dose and reconstitution calculations, before acting on it. Ampul can contain errors, and reminders can fail to fire (for example if notifications are off or your phone is off).
4. AI answers
The AI features use a third-party language model. Its answers can be wrong, incomplete, out of date or made up, even when they sound confident or cite studies. Verify anything important against the original sources and with a professional. See the Privacy Policy for what's sent to the AI provider.
5. Market, vendors and affiliate links
- We don't sell, make, store or ship any product. The Market shows prices collected automatically from third-party vendors' public listings.
- Prices, stock, product sizes and other details can be wrong or out of date. The vendor's own site is what counts.
- Listing a vendor is not an endorsement. We don't verify vendors' products, purity, testing claims or business practices. Any purchase is between you and the vendor, under their terms.
- Affiliate disclosure: some vendor links contain affiliate or referral codes, and we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Commissions don't change how offers are sorted, which is by price per milligram. 6. Other third-party content
Ampul links to PubMed, publishers, journals, video sites and vendors. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
7. Your account
- You must be at least 18 to use Ampul.
- Keep your password secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- Give accurate information, and use Ampul only for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You own the data you log. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Ampul, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable use
Don't misuse Ampul. That includes: breaking the law with it; trying to access other people's data; probing, overloading or reverse engineering our servers; scraping or reselling the app's content or price data; abusing the AI features or trying to get around usage limits; or using Ampul to sell or promote products.
9. Our content
The app, its design, peptide pages and other content we create belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by Apple's App Store terms.
10. Pricing
Ampul is currently free. [OWNER: if you add subscriptions or in-app purchases, add billing, renewal and refund terms here.] AI features may have daily limits and may be unavailable at times.
11. Changes and ending
We may change, pause or stop any part of Ampul. You can stop using it and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as 1–6 and 12–15) survive after your account ends.
12. No warranty
Ampul is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the extent the law allows.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Ampul and its owners won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any injury, illness, loss of data or harm arising from your use of the app, its information, AI answers, or any product you buy from a third party. Our total liability for any claim relating to Ampul is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
14. Indemnity
If you break these terms or the law while using Ampul, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [OWNER: county, STATE], unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally. 16. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app, its support, or any claims about it, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms with the right to enforce them against you.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell you in the app if a change is significant. Continuing to use Ampul after an update means you accept it.
